Shipping policy


At Snackino, we want to get your favorite wheat puffs to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new flavor launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all residential and business addresses within the continental United States.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We do deliver to P.O. boxes and military bases using standard shipping methods.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship Snackino products outside of the country. Stay tuned as we look to expand!
5. Damages & Issues
Snackino is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier is at fault.
However, we want you to be happy. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take a photo, and contact our support team at support@snackino.com within 48 hours.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your address! Snackino is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once the order has been processed by the carrier, we cannot redirect it.
